With an eye to optimizing your wellness investments and achieving your health aspirations we will follow the "CAP" approach: • Clarity – Pinpoint what wellness means to you, its significance in your life, and the reasons driving your pursuit. • Awareness – Gauge your current wellness status in three key areas – nutrition, diet & stress management – by recognizing activities you genuinely enjoy and discern the most seamless ways to integrate wellness into your daily life. • Plan – Strategically bridge your present state to your desired future by creating a 90-day action plan to tackle your most pressing health goal. By embracing CAP – Clarity, Awareness, and Plan – you'll be poised to make transformative and sustainable health decisions. Over our 8-weeks together, our weekly 90-minute meetings will explore each week's content, ultimately guiding you to define a specific health goal for the subsequent 90 days. In addition to our group sessions, you'll benefit from two personalized coaching sessions with me during this period. These one-on-ones serve as dedicated time to fine-tune your wellness targets and address any individual concerns. Beyond the initial 8 weeks, I offer an optional 90-day extension to further support your wellness journey. During this period, we'll connect monthly, ensuring you maintain momentum with steady accountability, guidance, and camaraderie. Should you desire additional personalized guidance, a follow-up one-on-one session is available to fortify your progress towards your 90-day goal.
