I'm passionate about challenging and inspiring individuals to relentlessly pursue their health, no matter their age. After 25 years in the financial services industry, I went back to school to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. 

 

In 2020, I founded Power Through Wellness, a firm that approaches health with the meticulous planning akin to financial strategizing. No shortcuts or gimmicks - just strategic planning, personal assessments, coaching, and consistent accountability.

A little more about the program

Together, we'll design a path forward, tailored to your unique needs, ensuring every step brings you closer to a healthier, more fulfilled self. 

Throughout our 8-week journey, our weekly 60-90 minute group sessions will delve into each week's theme, guiding you to uncover your interests, concerns, and aspirations within the three key health areas: nutrition, movement, and stress management. In addition to our group sessions, you'll benefit from two personalized coaching sessions with me during this period. These one-on-ones serve as dedicated time to fine-tune your wellness targets and address any individual concerns.

After the initial 8 weeks, you will have decided on a health goal you would like to achieve and will have created your 90-day action plan to embark on your wellness journey. During this period, as a group we'll connect monthly, ensuring you maintain momentum with steady accountability, guidance, and community. Should you desire additional personalized guidance, two follow-up one-on-one session are available to fortify your progress towards your 90-day goal.

This is a live group and individual coaching program, not a downloadable course, so in order to get the most out of the program you will need to plan to be at each group coaching session and sign up for the individual coaching sessions.

What you can expect...

The 8-Week Personal Wellness Plan

Eight live 60-90 minute group coaching sessions each week (see schedule below)

plus two individual coaching sessions that you will schedule at a time that works best for you. 

Worksheets each week to help support the material covered.

Access to video recordings of the live sessions.

Private group for support and further discussion.

During the 90-Day Goal Support we will have three 60 minute group coaching sessions and two individual coaching sessions following the end of the 8-week course to support you in achieving your health goal.

A spot will always be open for you.

  • When does enrollment close?
    Since this is a live coaching program that starts the first week of each month, enrollment will be open through the 28th of the month prior to the start of the next session. If you miss this date and want to enroll please reach out to me to discuss your options.
  • How much time do I need to dedicate to the material?
    Please plan to set aside about 2 – 3 hours each week. The live group coaching sessions will run about 60-90 minutes each week. To complete the activities from each session we suggest giving yourself about an hour to maybe two, to work through the material. It takes time to understand what you really want to see in your overall well-being, we encourage you to take this time and to make yourself a priority as you complete the activities.
  • Do I need any prior knowledge or experience to join?
    No prior knowledge or experience is required. We’ll guide you through each step of the process.
  • How is this program different from other wellness plans?
    Our program emphasizes individuality, goal setting and accountability, helping you create a plan tailored to your unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. You can rest assured that there will be no backend product pushes for supplements, workout programs, or stress management solutions.
  • Do I get any one-on-one support during the program?
    Yes, participants will have the opportunity for two individual coaching sessions during the 8-week session. We encourage you to schedule one in the first half and one in the second half to ensure you get the assistance you need as you work through the modules. During the 90-day goal implementation period, you will have two more individual coaching sessions to help you stay on track to meet your 90-day goal.
  • What materials or tools will I need?
    You will need access to a computer and a stable internet connection. All group sessions and one-on-one’s are conducted via Zoom meetings. All other material will be provided, but participants may benefit from having a dedicated notebook or digital note-taking device for their program.
  • What if I have specific health conditions or concerns?
    Always consult with a healthcare profession before making major changes to your wellness routine. Since this is a goal setting and wellness planning program you will want to take into account any concerns you have and plan to seek the proper guidance. Please be sure to mention any concerns so we can help you address them in your planning.
  • Is there a community or group aspect to the program?
    Yes, participants will have access to a private community forum where you can share experiences, ask questions, and get support.
  • Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
    Programs only work if you work the program. With that said, since this is an individualized wellness goal based program it is challenging to provide any guarantees, so we strongly encourage you to review all material and “sleep on it” before you decide to invest. If you are truly unsatisfied, let’s have a conversation.
